Shipping Policy

At FAYTT, we are committed to delivering your fashion items as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policies below to understand our processing times, transit times, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Depending on your location, the estimated transit times are as follows:

  • United States: 5 - 12 business days (shipped via USPS or UPS Ground)

  • Canada: 7 - 14 business days

  • United Kingdom, Australia & Major EU Countries: 10 - 20 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier volume, or customs processing. We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure timely delivery.

3. Shipping Restrictions

Due to international carrier restrictions and trade embargoes, we currently do not ship to the following countries and regions:

  • North Korea

  • Iran

  • Syria

  • Sudan

  • Crimea region

4. International Taxes, Duties, and Customs

  • US Orders: Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on the state laws of the shipping address.

  • International Orders: Your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT) once the package reaches your destination country. FAYTT is not responsible for these charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier's system.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at help@faytt.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging so we can assist you in finding a resolution.
