📦 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes! We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Q: Where do you ship from and to? A: We ship globally to most countries, including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and major EU countries. However, due to international carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, and the Crimea region.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Total delivery time includes processing and transit time:

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please note: Clearance items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping? A: It depends on the reason for the return:

Customer Remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size): You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective/Incorrect Item: We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid shipping label.

We do not charge any restocking fees.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund? A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Irvine, CA facility, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card).

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) securely processed via Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal.
Q: What currency are your prices in? A: All transactions on FAYTT are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? A: We process orders quickly (usually within 1-3 business days). If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at help@faytt.com immediately. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
