Return & Refund Policy

At FAYTT, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards:

  • The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Clearance items clearly marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send items back to us without first requesting authorization, as they will not be accepted. To start a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at help@faytt.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

  2. Get Authorization: We will review your request within 1-2 business days. If your return is accepted, we will reply with an approval email and further instructions on how to mail your package.

  3. Ship It Back: Securely pack the items and ship them to our designated return facility using the instructions provided.

3. Return Shipping Costs

To ensure complete transparency, our return shipping fees are structured as follows:

  • For Customer Remorse (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color): The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. You will need to purchase your own shipping label from your preferred carrier to mail the item back to us.

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. FAYTT will cover 100% of the return shipping costs in these instances and provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

4. Restocking Fee

We believe in straightforward pricing. FAYTT charges a $0.00 Restocking Fee on all eligible returns.

5. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or your Credit/Debit Card).

  • Late or Missing Refunds: Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
